A healthy lifestyle and the application of balanced nutrition are important elements in shaping a productive young generation and able to compete globally. However, the relationship between these two aspects with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 2 (Zero Hunger) and SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), has so far been rarely systematically analyzed in the context of high school students. Therefore, this study aims to identify and analyze findings from the scientific literature that examines the integration of healthy lifestyles, balanced nutrition, and sustainable development among high school students using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach in publications from 2019 to 2024. The findings of the study show that integrated health education has the potential to be a preventive step in instilling sustainable living habits from adolescence. This study also presents an existing research map and offers a conceptual framework to support future policy and research development.
