Integrasi AHP dan SAW untuk Penyelesaian Green Supplier Selection

Abstract


Dalam rantai pasok, kinerja supplier mampu mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari aktivitas produksi, perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan aspek lingkungan dalam pemilihan supplier. Permasalahan ini disebut sebagai green supplier selection. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk integrasi metode AHP dan SAW untuk permasalahan green supplier selection. Sebuah studi kasus dilakukan pada Plastic Manufacturing Industry. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Harga produk (C1) memiliki bobot tertinggi diikuti sub-kriteria Kesesuaian material dengan spesifikasi (Q1), Ketepatan jumlah pesanan (D1), dan Ketepatan waktu pengiriman (D2). Environment-related certificates (ERC) menempati posisi paling akhir pada green supplier selection
