ANALISA RISIKO KERJA OPERATOR STASIUN PENGISIAN BAHAN BAKAR UMUM DENGAN METODE QUICK EXPOSURE CHECK (QEC) DAN OCCUPATIONAL REPETITIVE ACTION (OCRA) INDEX

Abstract


Pekerja pada stasiun pengisian bahan bakar umum (SPBU) diketahui merupakan pekerjaan yang dilakukan secara terus-menerus dan monoton (repetitive) dalam jangka waktu yang lama sehingga dapat mengakibatkan otot-otot pekerja menjadi tegang yang mengakibatkan rasa sakit akibat kerja. Dari hasil wawancara awal dengan pekerja didapatkan hasil pekerja mengeluhkan sakit mengeluhkan sakit pada bahu 76%, lengan atas 75%, lengan bawah 81% dan pergelangan tangan 88%. Tujuan dari analisa ini untuk mengetahui postur kerja pada saat ini apakah dapat menimbulkan resiko cedera atau tidak terhadap pekerja mengingat terdapat beberapa pekerja yang mengeluhkan rasa pegal dibagian tertentu dari anggota tubuh seperti bahu dan pergelangan tangan dengan menggunakan metode QEC dan OCRA. Kedua metode ini dianggap efektif untuk mengukur resiko cedera pada pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan tangan. Dari hasil perhitungan dalam pengolahan data didapatkan bahwa hasil kuisioner QEC bernilai 60,49 yang menunjukkan jika pekerjaan perlu penelitian lebih lanjut dan dilakukan perubahan.. Sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode OCRA didapatkan faktor-faktor OCRA Index pada operator pengisian BBM untuk tangan kanan bernilai 1 (green) dan tangan kiri bernilai 1 (green) yang berarti pekerjaan ini tidak berisiko terhadap musculoskeletal atau repetitive strain injury.
