SISTEM INFORMASI KEHADIRAN DOSEN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN TEKNIK USER PERSONA

Abstract


Abstrak—Untuk melakukan proses rekayasa kebutuhan, pengembang perlu memahami user yang akan berinteraksi dengan sistem. Aktivitas awal yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan elisitasi. Elisitasi atau pengumpulan merupakan aktivitas awal dalam proses rekayasa kebutuhan yang ditujukan untuk menemukan kebutuhan suatu sistem melalui komunikasi dengan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan sistem informasi yang menggunakan kebutuhan dan karakteristik pengguna terhadap perangkat lunak, sehingga data yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan proyek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode user persona sebagai metode penggalian data dengan mengumpulkan kebutuhan dan karakteristik dari persona. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan melalui studi kasus yang diambil, didapatkan bahwa dengan menggunakan user persona didapatkan pengetahuan yang mendalam dari pemakai system.
