Analisis Kinerja Ruas Jalan di Masa Covid-19 (Studi Kasus Jalan Adi Sucipto – Basuki Rahmad Kecamatan Tulungagung Kabupaten Tulungagung)

Abstract


The decrease in road performance is due to the high side obstacle factor that occurs on the road. On Jalan Adi Sucipto – Basuki Rahmad experienced traffic congestion caused by parking activities on the road body. This creates a high side barrier when motorists cross the road. However, during covid-19, traffic volume decreased significantly. In covid-19, traffic volume decreased by 50.41%. For the value of saturation degrees before the covid-19 period Jalan Adi Sucipto – Basuki Rahmad amounted to 0.74. For the value of saturation during Covid-19 period of 0.37. At the level of road services is on the rise. At the time before the Covid-19 pandemic was at level C, while at the time of the Covid-19 pandemic was at A-level. From the survey results data obtained, the analysis is done for the next 5 years. However, in the time before Covid-19 got a result of 0.81 in 2024. This makes the road in saturated condition because it has a saturation degree value exceeding 0.80, which is the maximum limit of the saturation degree value allowed according to the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual 1997 (MKJI 1997). Therefore, it is necessary to recalculation to anticipate the onsany condition, taking into account the application of the function of the parking lot that has been determined through the analysis of the needs of the parking lot.
