Model Penggalian Kebutuhan Iteratif Berdasarkan Karakteristik Pengguna Menggunakan User Persona

Abstract


Untuk mengembangkan sebuah perangkat lunak perlu memahami pengguna/user yang nantinya akan berinteraksi dengan sistem. Persona adalah Teknik Human Computer Interaction yang mengumpulkan informasi tentang pengguna untuk memahami karaktersitik mereka. Informasi ini digunakan untuk mendefinisikan orang fiktif yang menjadi focus pembangunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memodifikasi User Persona yang telah digunakan oleh beberapa penelitian terdahulu sebagai proses penggalian kebutuhan dalam fase pengembangan perangkat lunak. Penelitian yang dilakukan mengimplementasikan metode Personas Versi Cooper.bertujuan untuk meningkatkan persyaratan yang diminta melalui penggunaan Personas sehingga dapat meningkatkan identifikasi kebutuhan terhadap pengembangan perangkat lunak. Penggunaan user Persona dalam tahap identifikasi perangkat lunak ini memudahkan pemahaman tentang apa yang perlu dikembangkan karena Teknik ini sangat berorientasi pada pemahaman pengembangan terhadap user.
