PEMODELAN SISTEM PROPULSI KAPAL PERIKANAN DENGAN HYBRID ENERGI

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengunaan bahan bakar pengoperasian kapal perikanan melalui teknologi sistem propulsi kombinasi antara motor diesel dan listrik. Secara sistematis metode perancangan sistem propulsi kombinasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi; i) Prediksi kecepatan dan daya, ii) Asumsi pembebanan propulsi (diesel dan elektrik), iii) Pemodelan sistem propulsi. Pemodelan sistem propulsi dikembangkan dengan mengunakan simulasi komputer berdasarkan persamaan gerak kapal. Persamaan matemetika yang meliputi persamaan terpisah komponen lambung, propeller dan motor propulsi didasarkan pada konsep MMG (Mathematical Modelling Group). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa penerapan sistem propulsi kombinasi motor diesel dan listrik pada kapal ikan sangat mengutungkan terhadap pengunaan bahan bakar, khususnya pengoperasian kapal dibawah 60% MCR.
