LOGISTIK KOTA : SEBUAH TINJAUAN LITERATUR

Abstract


Paper ini bertujuan melakukan tinjauan literatur dengan mensurvey  paper dan artikel  jurnal yang berhubungan dengan penelitian logistik kota. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam mereview dan menganalisis literatur dimulai dengan menentukan ruang lingkup dan tujuan studi. Langkah berikutnya menentukan beberapa kata kunci yang relevan untuk mencari artikel dalam database  proquest, emerald, google scholar dan science direct  serta conference proceeding dari city logistics conference. Selanjutnya mengevaluasi judul, abstrak, kata kunci, full text untuk menentukan apakah ruang lingkup artikel/paper telah sesuai dengan konteks logistik kota dan diperoleh  18 publikasi berupa paper dan artikel telah sesuai dengan ruang lingkup studi. Langkah berikutnya mengklasifikasi  publikasi tersebut berdasarkan kata kunci dalam paper/artikel. Namun karena jumlah kata kunci yang diperoleh mencapai ratusan maka dilakukan kategorisasi. Dalam penelitian ini diusulkan  4 kategorisasi yaitu 1) keterlibatan stakeholder, 2) tujuan yang ingin dicapai, 3 metode yang digunakan dalam penyelesaian masalah), dan 4) deskriptor.
