UPAYA PENINGKATAN KINERJA KEBERLANJUTAN IKM MELALUI SKENARIO SIMBIOSIS INDUSTRI

Abstract


Keberlanjutan menjadi isu sangat menarik saat ini termasuk keberlanjutan IKM (Industri Kecil Menengah), sesuai dengan tujuan jangka panjang pembangunan industri yaitu membangun industri yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pengukuran kinerja keberlanjutan (SPKK) IKM berbasis skenario simbiosis industri, serta mengukur dan mengevaluasi kinerja keberlanjutan IKM menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Objective Matrix (OMAX) dan Traffic Light System (TLS). Hasil perancangan SPKK yang meliputi perspektif ekonomi, lingkungan dan sosial diperoleh 55 KPI (Key Performance Indicators) dan sub KPI, dengan bobot perspektif ekonomi 0,40, lingkungan 0,34, dan sosial 0,26 yang berarti aspek ekonomi masih menjadi perioritas. Hasil pengukuran dan penilaian kinerja keberlanjutan IKM X diperoleh kategori baik, hasil tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja keberlanjutan IKM X secara berkesinambungan.
