ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN INDIKATOR KINERJA BANK DOMINASI ASING DAN DOMINASI NEGARA PADA BANK YANG GO PUBLIC DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract


This study aims to determine the difference in performance indicators of foreign domination banksand state domination banks through the liquidity ratio (Loans to Deposit Ratio), solvency ratio(Capital Adequacy Ratio), profitability ratio (Return On Equity and Operational Costs to OperatingIncome) and stock performance ( Price Earning Ratio and Price to Book Value). The population inthis study were banks that had gone public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and reported theirfinancial statements in full in 2009, 2010 and 2011. Samples taken were 12 banks that were includedin the sampling criteria. The analytical tool used in this study used the Independent Sample T-test, andthe Mann-Whitney U-Test using an alpha (α) level of 5%. The results of the T-test analysis show thatloans to deposit ratio, capital adequacy ratio, price earnings ratio and price to book value have nodifference in performance between foreign-dominated banks and state-dominated banks in 2009-2011,while for return on equity and operational costs on operating income there are differences inperformance between foreign-dominated banks and state-dominated banks in 2009-2011.
