Abstract


This study aims to know about the influence of social factors, and personal to the decision nasabaha in choosing murabahah financing products on BMT Mulia Kota Gajah Lampung Tengah. The method used in this research is survey method. The type of research is quantitative research with the object of research are social factors, personal, and customer decisions. The research population is murabahah financing customer in BMT Mulia with the number of samples taken as much 84. The technique of data collection using interviews, and questionnaires using a questionnaire. The analysis tool used is data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis supported by SPSS program. The result of the research shows that social factor give negative influence to customer's decision, and personal give positive influence to customer's decision. And simultaneously social, and personal factors together have a positive effect on customer decisions.
